1- Photos must be attached with clear quality, and if the photos are of poor quality and have been worked on by the Ramonina team, an additional fee will be charged (to be agreed upon before starting to prepare the order for the customer). 2- The customer must choose the correct requested service (printing only or design by Ramonina), and if the wrong choice is made, the order will be modified by Ramonina and the customer will pay the price difference. 3- For designs (they can be modified by the customer only 3 times). 4- Preparing thermal printing orders takes 10-15 days. 5- Designs that are made specifically for the customer are not returned or exchanged.
