Training of trainers in health and safety at work

This training course is considered a distinguished opportunity for internal trainers or those aspiring to become internal trainers. The course is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to develop and implement effective training programs that meet the organization's needs and help achieve organizational goals. During the course, participants will learn how to analyze training needs, design courses, deliver presentations, and manage challenges they may face in the training environment. Additionally, emphasis will be placed on developing public speaking, leadership, and communication skills, with practical techniques applied in conflict management and decision-making. Analyzing training needs: understanding and assessing the organization's training requirements. Training planning: learning the steps of good training planning. Course design: learning how to design training courses that meet educational objectives. Presentation and facilitation skills: developing effective presentation and facilitation skills. Managing common difficulties: understanding how to handle common training challenges. Planning for training evaluation: creating plans to assess training effectiveness. The impact of values and attitudes on training: understanding how values and attitudes influence training effectiveness. Public speaking ability assessment: improving public speaking skills. Leadership assessment: developing leadership skills. Communication skills assessment: enhancing effective communication skills. Conflict management exercises: applying conflict management techniques. Trainers' attitudes: developing positive attitudes and behaviors in trainers. Lesson plan preparation: creating effective lesson plans. International accreditation: The International Council for Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (ICOSHE) is a non-profit organization established in 2008 with the aim of fostering professionalism. We are an independent granting body accredited by IASCB and Veterans Affairs in the United States, based in California, USA. We offer many health and safety programs based on OSHA standards. Applicant admission requirements for registration in the course: The applicant must hold one of the following qualifications: 1- Either a bachelor's degree in occupational safety. 2- Or a diploma in occupational safety with one of the Level 2 safety certificates (such as NEBOSH HSA or IOSH MS). 3- Or have obtained the NEBOSH Level 3 (NEBOSH IGC) certificate. 4- If the applicant does not possess any of the above qualifications but believes they are qualified to attend, they must provide proof, which will be evaluated by the management.
