Oh my grandmother, why do we pray? Hassan and the secrets of the ten prayers

Childhood is not happy except by planting the correct creed, and the principles of the correct Islamic creed are: faith in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers, the Last Day, and belief in Qadar (divine decree), its good and bad. From these six principles branch all that must be believed in from the matters of the unseen, and everything that Allah and His Messenger have informed us of. Among the faith in Allah the Almighty is to believe in all that He has obligated upon His servants and made compulsory for them, foremost among which are the five pillars of Islam: testifying that there is no deity but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, establishing prayer, giving Zakat, fasting Ramadan, and performing Hajj to the House of Allah the Holy for those able to reach it, along with other obligatory acts brought by the pure Sharia. Planting the correct creed in the hearts of children must be done in a calm and beautiful way; suitable to the child's mental and intellectual abilities, taking into account their emotional and psychological state, addressing their mind and heart, and combining the legal principles with practical ideas. We will not succeed in planting the correct Islamic creed except when we use the method of Islam in planting it; starting from the Book of Allah and the authentic Sunnah of the Prophet. And as a step on this path, we present this educational series, full of practical ideas and purposeful stories, which begins from the Islamic creed. In this story ("Grandmother, why do we pray?") children will get to know with Hassan the secrets of the ten prayers, and when our children learn and practice them, they will feel the sweetness of prayer, find comfort in the worries of life, and it will be a reason for their love of Allah and longing to meet Him. We ask Allah the Almighty for success and acceptance.
