It also calculates your estimated daily calorie and macronutrient needs, including protein, carbohydrates, and fats, based on your body data and goals.

OneCoach works as your personal coach inside the app. It tracks your progress, helps you set goals, and highlights what you can improve across your activity, sleep, workouts, and weight management.

After using OneStrap for at least 7 days, the app generates your personalized Baseline Health Report, giving you a clearer picture of your current status and establishing a starting point to help you track your progress in a practical and structured way.
