We heard and obeyed a scientific approach to applying what is mentioned in Surah Al-Baqarah of commands, prohibitions, guidance, and attributes.

Since Surah Al-Baqarah is the pinnacle of the Noble Quran, and many noble Hadiths mention its virtues, including what was narrated in Sahih Muslim that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "Do not make your houses graves, for Satan flees from the house in which Surah Al-Baqarah is recited," and also what was narrated in Sahih Muslim that the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "Recite Surah Al-Baqarah, for taking it is a blessing and leaving it is a regret, and the magicians cannot overpower it," and whoever takes it: applying its noble verses in our lives and acting upon what is in it. Therefore, we have developed a practical applied methodology for what is in this great surah of commands, prohibitions, guidance, and qualities, which helps the reader to act according to what is in it. It has been arranged in the form of practical steps from the beginning of the noble surah to its end, each verse followed by one or more practical steps to implement what is in this noble verse. These steps are consistent with the interpretations of the surah found in well-known Tafsir books. And I ask Allah the Almighty to make this work sincerely for His face, to benefit His servants, and to forgive me, my parents, and all believing men and women.
