The investigations on the explanation of Al-Jalal for Al-Waraqat

In the name of Allah, and praise be to Allah, and blessings and peace be upon the truthful, trustworthy Prophet, after this, this is an explanation and clarification of the explanation of Jalal Al-Mahalli on Al-Waraqat. I have compiled his investigations and insights from books of fundamentals; so that the teacher of Al-Waraqat and his explanation may benefit from it, and to give the attentive student insight into the related discussions of the book closely. And I have transferred the schools of thought from the books of fundamentals directly, and I have verified the schools of the people in the issues attributed to them contrary to what they have gone to. And I have built the jurisprudential branches upon those fundamentals; so that the student may understand through examples what cannot be understood through words alone. And I ask Allah to make it purely for His face and to benefit from it its reader and observer, seeking supplication for me, my parents, and my teachers, confident that human error is inevitable, so whoever sees that, he guides and approaches. And with Allah is my trust, and upon Him do I rely and depend, and He is sufficient for me and the best disposer of affairs.
