Good phrasing in the arts of rhetoric

There is no doubt that the language of the Arabs is the most eloquent language and the best in style, and the most distinguished in features. Therefore, men paid attention to it and documented its arts such as morphology, syntax, language, and others, and to showcase its advantages, they developed the arts of rhetoric. It is the seeker of the conditions that must be observed in speech, so that if they are neglected, it is considered to resemble the sounds of animals, and if they include them, it is called "Baligha," as it is called by those who have the ability to observe those conditions. Rhetoric can only exist with the eloquence of words and composition.
