Explanation of the major jurisprudential rules

We were able in the State of Kuwait to establish a distinguished scientific course in Islamic jurisprudence principles, and its distinction was due to the lecturer, the virtuous Sheikh Dr. Mustafa bin Karama Allah Makhdum - may Allah preserve him - who delivered the lectures of that intensive and focused course in one day, and this was in the year 1436 AH, corresponding to 2015 AD. We worked on producing these lectures as a well-edited book, benefiting students of knowledge, and documenting beneficial knowledge. The audio lectures were transcribed into written texts, then edited and formatted as follows: 1- Citing the verses with their numbers from their chapters in the Noble Quran. 2- Authenticating the Prophetic Hadiths from their sources in the Sunnah, relying on the two Sahihs if they are included; if not, then from other books of the Sunnah. 3- Authenticating the sayings of the Companions, may Allah be pleased with them, using the same method as for authenticating Prophetic Hadiths. 4- Referencing quotations to their sources as much as possible. 5- Translating the names of figures with similar names with a brief translation. 6- Citing poetic verses to their poets. 7- Including a index of sources and another for topics. Appropriate titles were also added to the sections of the book, one primary and others secondary.
