Since the prescribed topics for second-year students at the College of Fundamentals of Religion in the science of Principles of Jurisprudence are scattered throughout books, and the student can hardly find many of their locations, let alone the expressions in those texts that contain ambiguity and obscurity, which consume a considerable amount of time in opening and explaining their hidden meanings, the college requested me to compile a book in accordance with the prescribed curriculum according to Law (26) of the year (1936). So I responded to this without hesitation, for the sake of the public interest, and with the desire that the student cover all the topics with guidance and insight, so they can reap the desired fruit and seize their sought-after goal. This was in accordance with what was stated at the end of the curriculum of the Principles of Jurisprudence: "The teacher should include in this curriculum a statement that suits the time." I prepared this book, focusing only on the prescribed topics, aiming for clear language and explaining what might be obscure, so that it is complete and accessible to all students. And praise be to Allah, it turned out to be sufficient for the purpose. I ask Allah to benefit from it; He is the Hearing, the Responding.
