Fundamental training

The establishment of religion and not dividing it is the greatest goal of this Shariah, and it is the divine project that the messengers dedicated their lives to, and the guided ones sacrificed their lives and wealth to support and build life upon it. Allah is the one who legislated, and establishing religion is the project, and no religion is established nor is division prevented except on clear foundations and firm principles. The Messenger, peace be upon him, clarified the fundamentals, raised the standards, and explained the paths, so only the doomed stray from them. The companions inherited the religion in its entirety, received the complete blessing, advised, clarified, and entrusted the righteous followers with the trust, so they understood it, safeguarded it, and preserved the message in the best manner. Likewise, the religion was carried by righteous successors from every generation until it reached us sound and free from corruption and impurity. The science of the roots of jurisprudence, Arabic sciences, and the fundamentals of Hadith have been faithful guardians of the Qur'an and Sunnah from every outsider, and renewing these fundamentals is not done through alteration or distortion, but through building upon them and guiding seekers until they reach and understand them. Renewal is a guiding call, not a destructive claim; it is a protective wall, not a demolishing pickaxe; it is following and adhering, not breaking away and innovating. The prophetic methodology is the example and the model, and it is the comprehensive and secure foundation. On it, we build the roots, and through it, we establish the minds. I have written this concise fundamental guide for intermediate students of knowledge, to make it easier for them to follow the prophetic methodology in understanding. I named it: Fundamental Training.
