Fabrication in Islamic legal rulings

Certainly, one of the issues worthy of research and investigation is the issue of combining (talfīq), because this subject relates to people's religious affairs, so it is necessary to clarify the matter so that the accountable person is aware of his situation. The issue of combining is contested by two objectives of Sharia; the first: facilitation and removing hardship, and the second: preserving religion. Therefore, it is necessary to reconcile between them without excess or neglect. The opinion of prohibiting combining entails narrowness and hardship that do not suit the spirit of Sharia. And the general permissibility of combining implies the collapse of the system of Sharia. Due to the lack of a specific evidence for its permissibility or prohibition, it was obligatory for me to analyze the evidence that proves the validity of those who support combining and those who oppose it, as well as those who see a detailed view on the matter.
