L.Tone | Bogoku - Uganda

The L.Tone Bogoku coffee, sourced from the highlands of Uganda, perfectly embodies balance and depth in the world of specialty coffee. These beans are sourced from agricultural areas ranging from 1500 to 1800 meters above sea level, resulting in a high density and exceptional ability to absorb natural sugars during ripening. The Arabica variety is carefully selected to ensure the quality of the final product and undergoes a traditional dry-processing method that contributes to a full body and pronounced flavors reflecting the rich soil of Uganda. Upon tasting this coffee, warm, classic notes are revealed, beginning with a distinct caramel sweetness that blends seamlessly with a gentle chocolate bitterness, culminating in a velvety hazelnut finish. Designed to be the perfect companion for espresso and milk-based drinks thanks to its rich body, this coffee also performs exceptionally well in manual drip coffee (filter) brewing to extract hints of roasted brown sugar. Using specialty coffee from Elton Roastery guarantees a fresh roast; this batch was roasted on March 7, 2026, preserving the volatile oils and aromatic flavors at their peak. This is more than just ordinary coffee; it's a sensory journey that transports the connoisseur to the picturesque farms of Uganda, where every bean is carefully tended from the moment it's picked until it reaches the consumer's cup. This makes it a cornerstone of the Diyar Al-Mamlakah range, sought after by specialty coffee lovers who desire a full body and balanced sweetness.

Soil | Brazil Fazenda

Soil Roastery's Brazil Fazenda represents the epitome of Brazilian classicism in the specialty coffee category. Harvested in the Fazenda region, known for its ideal climate for coffee cultivation at altitudes ranging from 1000 to 1300 meters, this crop undergoes a dry processing process to enhance the natural sweetness of the coffee cherry, resulting in a cup with minimal bitterness and a very subtle, almost imperceptible acidity. The dark chocolate notes are present in every sip, followed by a rich toffee flavor reminiscent of traditional sweets, while sweet nuts provide a delightful finishing touch, creating a harmonious and balanced cup. This specialty coffee is immensely popular with both home and professional espresso machine users due to its consistent results and ability to produce a rich, golden crema. It also delivers impressive results in cold or hot drip coffee for those who prefer a distinctly nutty flavor. This particular crop was roasted on March 10, 2026, to ensure maximum freshness and quality for the Piak site, where the Soil roastery focuses on showcasing the genetic characteristics of Brazilian coffee without over-roasting. Brazilian specialty coffee is the cornerstone of the Diyar Al-Mamlakah range's stability and widespread appeal. It caters to all tastes and offers an enjoyable everyday experience, whether enjoyed black or with milk, which enhances the toffee and nut notes exceptionally well.

C&B | Shakiso - Ethiopia

C&B Roastery presents Shakiso, Ethiopia, representing the fruity and aromatic side of specialty coffee. Grown in the renowned Shakiso region of Ethiopia at altitudes of up to 1800 meters, this is the ideal environment for the historic Herlium variety. Processed using the dry method, this coffee boasts a complex character and an explosion of distinct fruity flavors. The cup features prominent notes of blackberry and ripe strawberry, along with aromatic hints of white flowers and a refreshing citrus touch reminiscent of orange. Ethiopian specialty coffee is always a favorite among filter and hand-drip (V60) enthusiasts due to its aromatic complexity and clear, fruity tea-like undertones. However, it also delivers stunning and unconventional results in espresso for those who prefer high fruity acidity. The roasting date of January 30, 2026, allows the crop ample time for a "resting" process, which helps stabilize the flavors and allows floral notes to emerge more clearly during preparation. This crop is treated as the crown jewel of the Diyar Al-Mamlakah range, adding the diversity and distinction sought by professionals and those looking for an exceptional tasting experience.

✨ This unique range is presented as the perfect solution for those seeking excellence. Each bag is carefully selected to ensure Specialty coffee has arrived with the highest quality standards, and it is recommended to purchase it for an exceptional experience prepared with passion in your homes.
