A distinctive white ceramic funnel from April for pure-tasting coffee. A tool designed by Swedish roaster Patrik Rolf. It took more than 3 years to develop and conduct experiments on it, and he won second place using the tool in the World Brewers Cup Championship in Boston 2019.

It uses Kalitta filters of size 155 - 185. The device comes with a server and a plate, as well as a cover for the server, all of which are ceramic.
