C&B | Mananasi - Uganda

The Durra range is an ideal platform for discovering non-traditional African crops, with Ugandan Mananasi being one of the cornerstones that gives the Durra range its unique and unforgettable tropical character. This rare Parainema variety is processed using a dry-curing method to enhance the balance of sweetness and acidity in your cup, making the Al-Durra range a favorite for those seeking flavor complexity. These carefully selected beans within the Al-Durra range feature distinct hints of crisp pineapple that blend harmoniously with the sweetness of dried fruit and the depth of dark chocolate. Grown at high altitudes in Uganda, between 1,600 and 1,900 meters above sea level, this variety possesses an aromatic intensity that enhances the market value of the Al-Durra range for filter and espresso enthusiasts. C&B Roastery's inclusion of this variety in the Al-Durra range reflects its commitment to fresh coffee, as the beans were roasted on February 17th to ensure their full quality. With this product, the Al-Durra range aims to transport the consumer to the fertile farms of Uganda, where the volcanic soil imparts unique and inimitable flavors to the coffee.

Black Sip | Sidamo - Ethiopia

The Ethiopian Sidamo coffee from Black Sip Roastery represents the delicate aromatic facet that complements the allure of the Al-Durra range, making it a destination for lovers of complex floral and fruity notes. Produced in the renowned Sidamo region, this coffee is processed using the traditional dry method to highlight the sweetness of the ancient Heriollium variety, which the Al-Durra range is proud to offer its customers in Piak. Grown at very high altitudes, reaching up to 2,000 meters, this variety contributes to the tropical papaya, rich caramel, and fragrant wildflower notes that make the Al-Durra range a complete sensory experience. The selection of Sidamo within the Al-Durra range was not accidental; it was intended to enhance crop diversity and provide options perfectly suited to traditional brewing methods. Roasted on February 27th, this coffee is the freshest in the Al-Durra range, filling the room with an aroma that fills the space from the moment the package is opened. The Al-Durra range showcases Black Seb Roastery's expertise in handling delicate Ethiopian beans, requiring meticulous roasting to preserve their floral notes without overwhelming bitterness. This bean is the vibrant heart of the Al-Durra range, offering a bright and balanced acidity that transforms your morning coffee experience into a daily ritual.

Hasil | Brazil Cascavel

The Al-Durra range wouldn't be complete without the classic, luxurious touch of Brazil Cascavel from the innovative Hassel Roastery. This bean perfectly balances strength and smoothness. Sourced from the renowned Catura Red variety, cultivated in the Brazilian highlands, it's the most balanced and suitable bean for milk-based drinks and espresso within the comprehensive Al-Durra range. The bean has undergone a professional dry-processing that highlights hints of caramelized brown sugar and roasted hazelnuts, along with a subtle grapefruit acidity, giving the Al-Durra range a fresh and unexpected flavor profile. Cascavel coffee is grown at altitudes between 800 and 110 meters, resulting in a full, rich body that is beloved by Al-Durra coffee lovers who prefer a substantial and stable cup. The harvest was roasted on February 14th by Hassail Roastery to ensure the flavors are stable and ready for optimal extraction as soon as the Al-Durra collection arrives at your home. The inclusion of this Brazilian coffee in the Al-Durra collection guarantees consumers a solid foundation of familiar and beloved flavors that appeal to everyone, making the Al-Durra collection an ideal gift for friends and family. With this product, Al-Durra aims to introduce a new concept of Brazilian coffee, transcending tradition and reaching new heights of premium specialty coffee.

☕ The specialty coffee experience in the Al-Durra collection is a blend of diversity and harmony. Carefully selected crops are presented to highlight the differences and complementarity of flavors, allowing you to enjoy every cup with exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail.
