Alfonso coffee is from the Huila region in Colombia, 1850 meters above sea level. The coffee is fully washed and has a rating of 88. The farm is medium sized and we were very lucky to get half the crop at a fair price from Mr. Alfonso Diaz. The coffee is really very distinctive. We notice stone fruits, jasmine and flowers. Its consistency is average, today’s coffee par excellence.
