The Kingdom of Al-Anateekh

The story is that we will eat our fingers behind it! "The recipe is old".. said the king to the head chefs as part of his ongoing attempts with his team to find the special recipe for the Kingdom of Anateekh. The story takes us to visit a famous king, an expert in food, to enter the royal palace filled with different food paintings from all countries, then to the kitchen, where we see the preparation of historic recipes and original dishes from each country, but the king is still searching for something new; for the Kingdom of Anateekh has no official dish! Each country is distinguished by its history in science and civilization, as well as food. This is what the story offers our children to introduce them to the authenticity of each country and to preserve its history through the ages, so they can recognize the country by the way its dishes are prepared. "Kingdom of Anateekh" is one of the short children's stories that combines history and cooking, giving the child an experience of traveling through different foods and the distinctive aromas of each cuisine. The story shows that cooking has roots starting with ingredients, passing through methods, and ending with tasting, and that the delicious recipe is distinguished first and foremost by its fragrant aroma.
