Season of Competition - Leaders Stage

Welcome to the Nafs Season Programs, second edition, 26th of Muharram, leadership phase. A program dedicated to the age group | from first secondary grade to third secondary grade. Why Nafs? We believe that true competition is not just a race to win! but a journey of development and excellence. We learn through it cooperation, leadership, and creativity, and we strive for our contributions to be impactful in the community. In Nafs – second edition | for the leadership phase, we create an advanced leadership program aimed at preparing participants to face life's challenges and social responsibilities with awareness and innovation. Participants experience real scenarios simulating actual leadership situations, and are faced with impactful decisions requiring deep thinking, bearing results, and working according to a clear vision. The program focuses on building a balanced leadership personality, capable of decision-making, leading teams, and dealing with challenges with a positive and responsible spirit. Through qualitative challenges and specialized programs, participants learn how to turn principles into practices, ideas into impact, and ambition into responsibility. During the program, participants realize that leadership is not a position but a commitment, not authority but awareness and influence, so they emerge more prepared to create change and actively contribute to their future and their community. Nafs Season is not just a program! but a space where vision is shaped, decisions are tested, and the foundation for building capable leaders to shape the future is laid. Participants in the leadership phase within the Nafs program will undertake advanced leadership programs and experiences during the second semester, designed to simulate real-world challenges, enhance awareness, and build the ability to make decisions and bear their consequences, through tracks that require deep thinking, initiative, and responsible influence, including: Rakaz, Khafaya, Sijal, Zad, Sanaea, Daya, Nasrat, Masfalar, Nalf. Program period: Start date | 22-1-2026 End date | 14-5-2026 Program days and times: Tuesday | starts at 3:30 PM, ends at 7:30 PM Thursday | starts at 5:30 PM, ends at 9:30 PM Note: The program includes days during the holy month of Ramadan.
