Handfeeding food (Sirilak Al-Ghar) high in protein that contains prebiotics is a product prepared specifically for cage birds. It is used to support the growth of young birds. The rich protein, vitamins, and minerals can be given to young birds from their first day of birth. Warm water is added until the desired consistency is reached according to the size of the chick, mixed well, and fed with the help of a syringe or a special spoon. Ingredients: grains, plant protein extracts, oils and fats, milk and its derivatives, minerals, sugars, eggs and their products, yeasts, plant-based by-products, fish and derivatives, algae. Analysis: crude protein 22%, crude fats 10%, crude fibers 2.14%, crude ash 5.12%, phosphorus 0.60%, sodium 0.07%, potassium 0.80%, calcium 0.03% – 0.09 moisture: 8.00% Usage: Mix the formula with water (at a concentration of 20-25%). Choose the consistency of the mixture according to the bird's age. Gradually mix the ingredients until well combined, without lumps. You can use a thermometer to accurately check the temperature of the mixture. It should be given to the chick at a temperature between 37-38 degrees Celsius. Before each feeding, ensure the crop is completely empty. Give the chick enough time to swallow fully. Feed the chick a meal weighing about 10% of its body weight.
