Unfortunately, we experienced a customer encounter that does not reflect the company's usual standards, and the treatment was completely inappropriate for the Arab user (from the company owner) and we do not accept it for our customers.---Update 13-10-2025: In the spirit of transparency with the customer, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the terms and conditions on the Decent website have been updated, and Saudi Arabia is now fully covered by the warranty and includes free shipping in case of manufacturing defect or damaged parts during shipping or warranty period... This is contrary to the previous situation where the company required the Saudi and Middle Eastern customer to bear full shipping costs even if the damage was due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. The company's reason was that shipping to Gulf countries is very expensive for the company. Therefore, we would like to inform you that this issue has been resolved, and Saudi Arabia is now officially included in the countries covered by the warranty, just like other countries.______New Decent Espresso Machine v1.42 DE1PRO black 220VDE1Pro V1.42.
