The latest version of the descent group head of the decent company is compatible with all models except the first model v1.0. Made from a chemical compound called PPS with several advantages that constitute a qualitative shift in the decent machine! One of the most important features of the product is that it is resistant to coffee oils, easy to clean, and not susceptible to rust that may change the coffee flavor with continuous excessive heat as sometimes happens in the decent brass head in the previous version.________Note: Describing "all" of our products is a personal effort from the Coffee Consumer Store that takes hours, days, experiments, and extensive research lasting several months, so we do not permit copying and attributing it to others. Thank you for your understanding.________Main features: Improved water distribution! The descent head has been redesigned to distribute water evenly, increasing extraction percentage and improving espresso taste. Fewer paths and the distance of the descent head match the E61 machines! Previous versions had a high distance between the shower screen and the basket, causing more paths and a cake that is not dry; for this reason, some resorted to what is called a spacer to reduce the distance. With this version, the distance has become very close and matches other E61 machines, giving a higher extraction consistency and fewer paths due to the shower screen being closer to the coffee. Resistant to coffee oils! The material is resistant to coffee oils, unlike the previous material where coffee oils accumulate significantly. No more old accumulated coffee flavors! The benefit of feature number 2 above is the absence of accumulated coffee flavors found in the previous version, which contained a lot of coffee oils. More accurate temperature reading! This speeds up reaching the desired extraction temperature and avoids overheating the coffee, which can cause a burnt taste. The reason for the precise temperature reading is found in feature number 3 below. Heat resistant! The material it is made from does not retain heat like the previous material (brass), which helps in accurate coffee temperature reading without the reading being affected by the head's heat. The previous version — according to the company — retains heat highly, sometimes giving incorrect extraction temperature readings. Very high accuracy for profile enthusiasts! With this head, you can change the temperature during extraction more precisely. Several ready profiles from Decent are available, with multiple temperature settings for a single extraction, such as the "Espresso in the 80s" profile, which aims to change the temperature during extraction to achieve specific flavors. Easy to clean! Due to the material's resistance to coffee oils, deep cleaning is no longer required as before, and it rarely needs to be extracted and cleaned. Screws do not get damaged!
