The gear is the same as C3, making their performance in grinding identical, but C3S may have a longer lifespan due to the full aluminum. Model C3 Pro is identical to model C3 with number 1, with the difference that the handle can be folded. Model C3S Pro is identical to model C3S with number 2, with the difference that the handle can be folded. Model C3 ESP Pro is the latest as of the time of writing this description and combines all the features of the previous models (with the option to fold the handle), and is aimed at espresso and filter, as it has finer grounds for espresso and more grounds for filter.
