The powder is food safe, high quality, and imported from Breville/Sage. ___ Note: The description of "all" our products is a personal effort by Coffee Consumer Store that takes hours, days, experiments, and extensive research that can last several months, so we do not allow copying or attributing it to others. Thank you for your understanding. ___ Does it fit my machine? The solution is manufactured by Breville/Sage, so it fits all Breville machines, but it also fits all espresso machines that support the dedicated Back Flush cleaning feature for group heads, and it can also be used to clean stainless steel heat-retaining coffee cups (portafilter) to restore their original shine. Usage method: Please follow the manufacturer's instructions if specified, as many machines operate the back flush automatically. If instructions are not provided, you can follow the following (as a guideline): First, install the blind basket, which is a portafilter basket without holes, or seal the basket with a water-proof gasket, then put the entire sachet or half of it into the blind basket and run the machine in its designated cleaning mode according to the manufacturer's instructions (many machines have a dedicated cleaning option or button). For machines without an automatic option, after placing the powder, run the pump for 10 seconds, then turn it off for 5 seconds, and repeat this process until the solution dissolves (approximately 7 repetitions).
