Laser session instructions Before the session: • Shave the area one day before the session. • No waxing or sugaring for a month or 3 weeks before. • Stop exfoliating and lightening 3 days before. • Avoid perfumes and sun exposure on the day of the session. After the session: • Use a soothing cream twice daily for 3 days. • No heat, sun, or exfoliating for 48 hours. • No perfumes or deodorants immediately after the session. Touch-up session: • 10–14 days after the main session. • Hair must be removed by shaving one day before. Benefit period from the offer: • If the service is purchased, it can be used within 6 months to a year from the purchase date. • All terms and conditions apply, in addition to VAT. ⸻ • Free review within 14 days from the date of the consultation. • Free touch-up within 14 days from the date of the main session. • Note: Clariti and Gentle devices do not include touch-up sessions. • In case of compensation, refunds are processed within 3 days from the invoice date. • Excludes VAT; non-Saudis will pay the difference upon reception. ⸻ Return and exchange policy: • The offer cannot be refunded if part of it has been used. • The service can be exchanged for another of equal or higher value with the difference paid if applicable. • Special offers are excluded from service changes after the invoice is issued. • These policies are binding on both parties once the invoice is issued.
