Q1. Does that price includes all wires, guns and equipment?

Yes, our machines include all accessories, plug and play.

Q2. What are the consumables?

This machine only has the only consumable, which is the protective lens, which is used to protect the focusing lens from being polluted by the dust generated during cleaning. The service life is 2200h-2500h.

Q3. What is your warranty?

We support 3-year warranty for the whole machine and 2-year warranty for the laser source.

During this period, once your machine has any failure, we will provide you with free repair and replacement parts (except man-made damage).

Q4. How long is the cable for the gun?

The standard fiber optic cable length is 5m, which can be extended.

Q5. I need to work continuously for 6-8 hours a day, can it do it?

Yes, it can do it. The machine has a high temperature alarm device, as long as there is no alarm, the machine can be used all the time. Normally, 6-8 hours of continuous work is fine.

The mode of transportation here is only by air, shipping cost is very higher.

We also provide shipping services by sea/train/truck, it will be much cheaper.
