Uses flexible constant diamond force for the structure design, with balanced and strong grinding power. 4. Comes with an angle guide function. 5. The grinding head is made of a special material that can protect the device and the sides of the knife from scratches during sharpening. 6. Equipped with a debris collection function and easy to clean. Pre-use: Check if the local power supply voltage matches the indicated voltage on the device panel. Usage: 1. Place the knife sharpener on a flat surface and turn on the power switch to start it. 2. Select the appropriate grinding slot according to the dullness of the knife. Coarse grinding: suitable for sharpening dull knives or those needing a new edge. Place the knife in the left and right single-section grinding slots sequentially and pull the knife from the heel to the tip along the blade radius at a constant speed (4-8 seconds for metal knives and 6-10 seconds for ceramic knives). (As shown in Figure 1) Fine grinding: suitable for daily maintenance of knives. Place the knife in the left and right double-section grinding slots sequentially and pull the knife from the heel to the tip along the blade radius at a steady speed. (Fine grinding can remove burrs and grinding marks on the edge, making the edge smoother and sharper after coarse grinding. For frequently used kitchen knives, it is recommended to use fine grinding once a week) (see Figure 2) Polishing: suitable for polishing the blade after fine grinding. Place the knife in the left, middle, and right three-section grinding slots sequentially and pull the knife from the heel to the tip along the radius of the blade at a constant speed. (Polishing can remove small burrs and grinding marks, making the edge smoother and brighter. It is recommended to polish the edge after each sharpening) (see Figure 3) 3. Turn off the power and unplug after use. 4. After grinding the knife, wipe the knife with a damp cloth or rinse with water and wipe dry. (Note: The polishing function is not suitable for ceramic knives)
