Gender is a culture of representation of human behavior about the dual relationship between the poles of life, masculinity / and femininity, and it is a culture that involves a large number of elements, directly related to biological needs that find vital manifestations in the reproductive communication with the feminine / femininity domain. Also, religious / and social authority is represented, which established its own system and laws related to gender and dyed through the whole of that human discourse and its perceptions. This study will attempt to investigate the elements of gender related to the religious, which sanctioned a reproductive system in the early ages of civilizations in the ancient Near East, including the doctrines of sacred gender / or divine marriage. The first goal of the study is to pursue –sacred gender– the stories and textual references that contained those rituals and to uncover them, not as a breach of the Mosaic commandments, or a disruption of social / moral harmony, but as a religious belief known to Eastern civilizations and consecrated as a sacred ritual domain, with a clear benefit from the religious elements known to Sumerian civilization / through poetic texts that still influence and operate in renewing contemporary Arabic poetic discourse, those texts traveling with their religious and cognitive elements, ascending towards Syrian / Canaanite civilization, intertwining with it, and giving it a feature that cannot be concealed or covered. What concerns us here is to pursue fertility as a cognitive system that occupied a dominant position in Sumerian civilization.
