The outcast .. sovereignty and bare life

The first engine of this book is the naked life, that is the outcast life that can be taken away and cannot be sacrificed, it is what we wanted to clarify its basic function in modern politics. An obscure image of the ancient Roman law where human life is included in the judicial system in the form of exclusion and only (that is, in its possibility to be taken away without punishment), gives in this way the key that, thanks to it, not only for the sacred texts of sovereignty but more broadly for the laws themselves of political authority, to reveal their mysteries.
