Patrick Rojie chose two styles of the great writers who lived among us (the Irish writer James Joyce, and the French writer Marcel Proust). The interested reader in literature learns a lot about these two writers, but the author dressed them in a fictional mask by adding an aura of magic around them, especially regarding the first meeting during a dinner invitation at an ancient hotel frequented only by the Parisian elite, and he tried to erase what we know about them from dry historical information summarized in the technical specifications of writing, wishing for us to immerse ourselves in an atmosphere of imagination, so that we accept what he reveals to us of the secrets of personalities that are very different from what was stuck in our minds from previous readings.
