Adnan and Ramadan dish

I received the Arab Gathering Award for Children's Book Publishers 2020. Ramadan carries meanings of compassion, goodness, and giving. Our friend Adnan decides to fast Ramadan, and on the first day of his fast, he feels extreme hunger and thirst, and wishes that Mama would cook his favorite dish. But, unfortunately, Mama cooks a meal that Adnan does not like. How will Adnan feel? And what is his favorite dish? And will the first day’s Iftar be without that dish which Adnan wishes to find on the table? A story about the month of Ramadan full of goodness, blessings, compassion, empathy, and affection among neighbors, where the story highlights the importance of this blessed month in our lives and showcases the closeness among residents of a building through simple and sweet text, along with illustrations drawn by the talented Ali Al-Zaini, which added joy and the atmosphere of the holy month to the story.
