• The multi-boiler system: The machine contains a fully insulated, independent boiler for each group head, in addition to a large main steam boiler. This system ensures that the water temperature used for coffee extraction remains constant, regardless of the volume of steaming requests.
• PID Ultra Precision: An intelligent electronic control system that allows the barista to adjust and fine-tune the extraction temperature for each individual batch with an accuracy of up to 0.1°C to suit different strains and roast levels (light, medium, dark).
• Programmable pre-infusion: Allows you to control the timing and pressure of the initial water flow to evenly hydrate the coffee cake before full pressure is applied, ensuring consistent extraction and preventing channeling.
