Maintaining silence, cleanliness, good manners, and adhering to dress code according to Islamic regulations. Compliance with the number of attendees agreed upon between the two parties, according to the hall’s capacity. Responsible for the departure of all attendees on time. Providing Ethraa Al-Ma'rifah with the attendance list at least two days before the reservation date. Ethraa Al-Ma'rifah’s role is to rent the hall, not to partner in the activity. The tenant’s work does not reflect the owner’s opinions and is not related to them. Ethraa Al-Ma'rifah has no financial obligations during the event. If the tenant wishes to cancel the reservation more than 8 days before the scheduled date, the full rental amount will be refunded. If canceled within a week or less before the date, 30% of the amount is non-refundable. If the reservation is canceled by the owner, the full amount will be refunded.
