Hajrat Al Ain is one of the oldest settled communities in Hayma Al-Dakhiliyah, where its agricultural terraces extend high into the mountains at an elevation ranging between 2000 and 2300 meters above sea level. Over generations, farming families have cared for these towering volcanic slopes in a water-scarce environment with annual rainfall not exceeding 250–400 mm. In this context, women play a central role in agriculture, preserving knowledge and traditions, and nurturing the continuity of land care across generations. This lot was processed using the Alchemy method from Qimmah Company, balancing the land's identity (terroir) with technical precision, enhancing its natural elegance. The cup reveals flavors of rose and lilac, raspberry and cherry, Oolong tea, eucalyptus, and vanilla sugar — a refined profile that combines sophistication and complexity. Hajrat Al Ain farmers are a living testament to the strength and determination of women farmers in one of Yemen's most historic coffee-growing regions, producing a rare coffee that reaches the highest levels of excellence in the world of specialty coffee.
