Sculpted surface with a hillside design

The surface is designed with raised areas featuring flat tops separated by fine grooves. These flat tops make up only 6.5% of the total surface area and are the only parts the mouse glides over. Meanwhile, the grooves provide a smooth, unrestricted feel against your skin. The result is a surface that is both tactile and soft.

Double engraving process

The surface is formed through two separate stages of engraving, giving Apex its smooth, even, and uniform texture across the entire surface.

Two-layer coating system

A nano-layer is embedded within the glass to reduce friction, then reinforced with an ionic layer to increase durability. The two layers work together to provide smooth gliding and a long lifespan without sacrificing one for the other.

Design without protruding edges

There is no raised or sharp edge that could impede movement. The wrist and forearm touch the board's surface directly instead of rubbing against a protruding edge.
