The length of our father Adam

Among what the Prophet, peace be upon him, informed about is related to the creation of Adam, peace be upon him, and his description, as authentic narrations indicate that his height was sixty cubits. As for the believers, they know that this is the truth and not to be doubted. But those whose hearts have deviation, their eyes are blind to guidance, and they stray from the straight path. They present what has come in the Shariah to their limited minds; whatever agrees with it is considered correct, and whatever contradicts it is considered wrong. There is no surprise about them, for ignorance is their mount, and following desires is their goal. The author of this book has compiled the narrations related to the length of our ancestor Adam, peace be upon him, and studied them critically to distinguish the authentic from the weak narrations, along with quoting the scholars’ statements regarding the meaning of the hadith. The author also responded to those who criticized the hadith, clarifying the issues and providing scholarly responses to them.
