The systemic view of life: a unified perspective

Author's name: Pierre Luigi Luisi _Fritjof Capra Publisher: Nineveh for Studies, Publishing, and Translation Year of publication: 2023 Literary classification: Intellectual study Brief about the book: This new concept of life includes a new type of thinking – thinking in terms of relationships, patterns, and context. In science, this way of thinking is known as "systems thinking" or "systemic thinking." Therefore, the understanding of life guided by this is often defined by the phrase we chose for the title of this book: the systemic view of life. The new scientific understanding of life includes many concepts and ideas that are being developed by distinguished researchers and their teams around the world. With this book, we aim to present a multidisciplinary text that integrates these ideas, models, and theories into a coherent framework. We offer a unified methodological vision that encompasses the biological, cognitive, social, and environmental dimensions of life, and integrates them; as well as discussing the philosophical, spiritual, and political implications of our unified view of life.
