In response to what was said about the first type she wrote, she said: "Even if the words, though tools of the poet, are not as important as the content, and even if the vocabulary is repetitive, it was an outpouring of love that was impactful for me at that time." (Farrokhzad) did not agree with the term modern and classical poetry, but believed that poetry itself exists in all eras; however, it differs from generation to generation, and the only difference is in the material distances between eras. The intelligent poet must keep pace with his age and take the suffering of the period he lives in as a source of inspiration to reveal hidden truths and expose injustice and falsehood. She also believes that the act of art is a statement to reorganize life, and life has a nature of change, expansion, and growth. Ultimately, the statement or art in each period has a particular spirit, and if not, it is fake and imitative. The poetess says: "My world, for example, is completely different from the world of (Hafez Shirazi) or (Saadi), and even differs from my father's world. The way the poet and reader perceive concepts like love, bravery, and beliefs varies from yesterday." She mentions an example from literature about (Majnun): "Majnun is an icon of love and the sacrifice of the beloved in poems of past eras." Today — in her view — this perception has changed. Analyzing psychologists say that a (Majnun) is a sick person who likes to be under the control of constant suffering, submissive to perpetual torment, not seeking freedom.
