Staring at the sun.. overcoming the fear of death

This is not the book, nor can it be, a comprehensive summary of ideas related to death, because every serious writer has addressed the issue of human death over thousands of years. Rather, it is a very personal book stemming from my personal confrontation with death. I share with all humans the fear of death: it is our dark shadow that is never separated from us. These pages include everything I have learned about overcoming the fear of death through my experience, my work with my patients, and the ideas of writers who influenced my work. The more uninhabited spaces in your life, the greater your anxiety about death. The more you fail to experience life in all its details and possibilities, the more your fear of death increases.
