Days of madness and honey

Author's name: Khudair Miri Publisher: Sutur for Publishing and Distribution Year of publication: 2022 Literary classification: Literature Book summary: "I should not have delayed all this time to prepare my report about those ongoing days I spent there at the (Al-Rashad) Psychiatric and Mental Hospital during the days of the American aggression on my country and my people in Iraq, and if I was not disgusted by the return of memory to the ashes of madness, and I preferred that madness be silent and only the mind, which is the big chatterer, chatter but when I returned one day after nearly seven years to there, my memory turned on the light and my feelings licked the place. It was nothingness that took off its shoes and started running in the corridors of the hospital in that house, which is located in a remote area within the Baghdad municipality — there is a dirt hill behind it, behind which lie the children's graves, car graves, trash, and brick factories."
