The four men of justice

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Great Britain, Sir Philip Ramon, seeks to pass the "Foreigners' Extradition" law through the British Parliament. To do so, he mobilizes all his means, thus becoming a target of threats from the "Four Justice Men"; that organization which has taken upon itself to eliminate tyrants and anyone who escapes the authority of the law through their crimes, and which has found in Sir Ramon a new tyrant that must be restrained. The minister receives a threatening message signed by the "Four Justice Men" to withdraw his unjust law, but he remains determined to pass the bill he submitted to Parliament. Many incidents occur following that threat, with Scotland Yard police helpless and their men baffled due to the lack of any confirmed information about these mysterious men. The police try every means to block these men’s paths to prevent their threats from being carried out and to save Sir Ramon’s life. Will the "Four Justice Men" succeed in achieving their goal, or will the Scotland Yard police manage to end the legend of that organization? And will the stubborn minister withdraw his law and submit to the threats? That is what we will learn in the course of this exciting story.
