The stone and the shadows

Avedo believes that spirits speak to him, and because of that he can make a different tombstone for each spirit, and express it. He is the teacher who lives in a hut near the cemetery, and wealthy people come to him to make beautiful tombstones with inscriptions and design for their dead. He is now working on making a tombstone for his friend who bears seven names because of the many countries he fled to from wars. And in his peace with the dead, one day a runaway girl rushes to his hut, barely asking her about the matter and hiding her, until the police entered looking for her. What will Avedo do after he learns that the girl he is hiding is the niece of his beloved who disappeared after she drew him a path of killing, death, imprisonment, and living between stone and shadows.
