The strongest obsession about poetry and life

Author's name: Sarkoun Bolus Publisher: Jamal Publications for Publishing and Distribution Year of publication: 2018 Literary classification: Poetry Book overview: The poet addresses time as it slips from between his fingers drop by drop, then evaporates until it becomes nothingness. In one of his love poems, Ghalib says "The drop that does not turn into a river is absorbed by the sands." And time and again, when I write, I discover that I do not remember a person or a place or a scene or a voice or a specific song, but rather I remember first and foremost, words.
