Balango seeds

These seeds are known for their unique properties as they secrete a gel-like substance when soaked in water, and are widely used in traditional drinks and folk medicine. Usually, the البلنقو is used by soaking a small spoon of seeds in a cup of water, juice, or milk for 15-30 minutes until the gel layer forms around them, then they are drunk.
