Product description

Replacement deep blades for the LOKLiK Crafter cutting machine. These blades are ideal for heavy materials up to 2.0 mm thick, such as synthetic leather and thick cardboard. They provide precise, clean cuts, making them essential for fine crafting projects.

Contains two replacement blades. With a 60° cutting angle, these blades can be used on heavy materials such as synthetic leather, PVC molded magnetic sheets, and EVA foam boards. Whether you're cutting intricate details or working with different materials, these cutting blades deliver the precision you need.

Important: You must have your own deep blade holder to install these replacement blades.

Note:

These blades are not compatible with the LOKLiK Crafter cutting machine.

iCraft deep blades use a different blade holder than fine blades. See the iCraft deep blade set if you also need a holder. These blades can be used to cut:

Synthetic leather

Shrink-resistant plastic sheets

PVC moldings

EVA foam boards

Magnetic sheets

How to install a new cutting blade in your LOKLiK iCraft™ machine:

Turn off the machine: Make sure the machine is completely switched off before replacing the blade.

Remove the old blade: Carefully open the blade holder by unscrewing it and remove the old blade.

Insert the new cutting blade: Remove a new deep-cut blade from the packaging and place it in the blade holder with the sharp side down.

Secure the blade holder: Replace the blade holder to secure the new blade.

Test the blade: Turn on the machine and perform a test cut on a scrap piece of material to ensure the blade is installed correctly and functions as expected.

Care and Maintenance

Store unused blades in a dry, secure location to prevent rust and damage. Regularly cleaning the cutting blade and holder can extend their lifespan.

Download our chart to help you determine the appropriate settings when using different materials. If you don't find your material in the chart, try a test cut with a similar material setting. If you can't cut the material under maximum pressure, try cutting it several times.
