Heat Transfer Vinyl PU

PU thermal vinyl, a type of heat-sealable vinyl that can be cut with electronic cutters to create small designs, letters, or numbers in a variety of patterns, is an incredibly versatile product with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The vinyl has been SGS tested for colorfastness and shrinkage for over 30 wash cycles. Flexible PU vinyl is easy to unwrap after cutting because it is thinner (150 microns) than thicker PVC vinyl (180 microns).

PU thermal vinyl is the perfect solution for your personal projects! Of all the available clothing embellishment methods, thermal vinyl is one of the least expensive and easiest to work with. PU thermal vinyl works best on cotton, polyester, or cotton/poly blends. It won't work well with other synthetic fabrics because it melts under the heat of the heat press. PU thermal vinyl can be customized for application to a wide variety of fabrics, including sportswear, t-shirts, performance wear, bags, jackets, and even wood!

Application Instructions

• Cut in reverse.
• Remove unwanted pieces.
• Iron for 2-3 seconds.
• Set press temperature to 300°F/150°C.
• Set time for 10-15 seconds.
• Pull out hot.

Washing Advice

• Wait 24 hours before first wash.
• Machine wash in warm or cold water with a mild detergent.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
