Loya - Ethiopia

Luyya crop from Ethiopia and specifically from the Koshreh region. The crop is characterized by its full rich texture and harmonious berry notes that give a fruity character rich in berries (red berries - blue berries - black berries - strawberries). It has a clear aroma close to jasmine aroma. Processing of the crop: anaerobic drying and it is one of the special treatments that give distinction and enhancement to the notes without fermentation or sharpness in taste. This crop suits lovers of filter drinks with a full fruity aromatic texture, and gives distinguished results for espresso drinks with a gentle fruity character and full texture. The crop gave distinguished results with cold filter drinks and cold brew, where it provides a fruity and aromatic character with a different tone.
