Continuous Family Guidance Continuous guiding session aimed to create a conscious family environment capable of facing problems and developing relationships. Goals of the counseling: Address family problems calmly Enhance communication among family members Create shared educational and psychological awareness Develop marital and parental understanding Policy of booking and providing consultations Sessions are offered through one of the following options: via Zoom platform or by scheduling an in-person appointment at a suitable location agreed upon between the counselor and the client. Sessions can only be approved after prior coordination through official channels. Approved registration channels Counselor’s store on Salla platform Direct communication via official WhatsApp No other registration methods are accepted. Booking and payment conditions Booking is only confirmed after full payment is completed. Paid fees are non-refundable, as they are linked to reserving a specific time in the counselor’s schedule and preparing the session according to the client’s situation. The appointment must be confirmed within 24 hours of sending the booking notification; if not confirmed, the appointment is considered not approved. Session duration and number determination One session lasts 60 minutes. The number of sessions is determined according to the case’s needs and development. If two or more consecutive sessions are desired in a week, prior coordination is required to ensure compatibility with the educational or therapeutic plan. Rescheduling and postponement Rescheduling or postponing the appointment is allowed only once, provided it is notified at least 24 hours before the session, without additional fees. Contact times for scheduling the session Client will be contacted to coordinate the appointment during working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Important note: After payment is completed, fees are non-refundable, except in emergency cases.
