Peptide™ Copper is Copper Tripeptide-1 (also known as GHK-Cu), a natural peptide found in the body. It is known to promote wound healing by stimulating the breakdown of large unhealthy collagen in scar tissue and enhancing the synthesis of normal collagen, elastin, proteoglycans, and glycosaminoglycans. Copper Tripeptide-1 is an effective anti-aging ingredient with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits for the skin. Studies have shown that Copper Tripeptide-1 can improve skin clarity, softness, and elasticity, thereby reducing fine lines and wrinkles. It has also been proven to promote healthy hair growth by enlarging hair follicles. INCI: Copper Tripeptide-1, water, glycerin, caprylyl glycol, ethoxyl glycerin. Do not apply directly to your skin. This product should be added to a formulation at the recommended usage rate. Add LCPeptide™ Copper in the final step of the treatment. Chelating agents such as EDTA2-NA should not be added to the formulation. The formulation should not contain fruit acids or ionic plant extracts such as aloe vera extract. The final pH of the formulation should be 5-7. Recommended usage rate: 0.5-5.0%. Appearance: Clear blue solution. Peptide content: ≥ 1.0%. Solubility: Water-soluble.
