This explanation is the most comprehensive and extensive commentary on the Guide of the Student, in which its author combined authenticity and modernity, as it is concerned with clarifying and establishing the old jurisprudential issues that the author mentioned, along with paying attention to mentioning contemporary issues in various chapters of jurisprudence.
The author followed the following methodology in his compilation:
• Clarifying the author's wording.
• Explaining strange words and terms.
• Clarifying the evidence or reasoning that the author relied upon.
• If there is a well-known disagreement in the issue or if the preferred opinion differs from what the author mentioned, then the opinions of the jurists in the issue, their evidence, and discussion are presented, followed by indicating the preferred opinion.
• Paying attention to evidence from the Book, the Sunnah, the sayings of the Companions and the Followers, and ensuring that the preference is based on what the evidence warrants, with reference to the choices of prominent scholars.
• Paying attention to the grading of hadiths according to the methodology of the Muhaddithin, including their mention of flaws, and clarifying their rulings on the authenticity or weakness of the hadiths.
• Mentioning the most prominent contemporary issues and problems, illustrating them, and clarifying the Islamic ruling on them, along with referencing the opinions of major Islamic jurisprudential councils and scientific bodies.
• Paying attention to linking the explanation with three sciences that are indispensable for those seeking knowledge: jurisprudence, the principles of jurisprudence, and hadith, by mentioning the jurisprudential issue, the opinions of the jurists regarding it, including the fundamental rules related to the issues, along with the hadiths and sayings related to the issue.
Thus, this explanation is considered an encyclopedia of comparative jurisprudence, indispensable for students of knowledge and jurist scholars.
