Vinka Mahawal, an ancient Salvadoran farm established in 1936 in Los Naranjos Valley, is known for producing specialty coffee from the Pacamara coffee variety, cultivated in a natural environment rich in biodiversity and under the shade of trees. Managed by Roberto Miza, the grandson of the founder, who has been keen to support the local community by providing health and educational services to the workers. In offline, we carefully selected this coffee crop, where the beans underwent a drying process that highlights clear fruity flavors, with balanced sweetness and a luxurious velvety texture. Pacamara coffee is expertly roasted in a specialized coffee roastery to present you with a specialty coffee that reflects the depth of origin.
