Produced by more than 200 local farmers working passionately and professionally, the coffee is carefully washed and fermented for 20 to 25 hours, then dried in curved solar dryers at controlled temperatures to ensure balanced drying and an ideal flavor. The soil is nourished by the ash of active volcanoes, giving the beans natural minerals and a concentrated flavor, and they are grown under nitrogen-fixing trees, which maintain soil health and enhance crop quality.
